In 2002, the Ttian family began working as cleaners. During that time they gained a thorough knowledge of the industry and an understanding that to run a successful cleaning business you need high-quality, functional products supplied at a competitive price.

In 2007, they began selling cleaning products at the Dandenong market. As they talked to many customers they soon recognised that there was a huge gap in the marketplace for high-quality, affordable cleaning products.
